Unless otherwise agreed, the client is responsible for providing accurate business information, product information, prices, logos, photographs and other materials required for the project.

7. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate and lawful information and materials required for the project.

The client should ensure that materials supplied to Nabhhya, including:

• Logos

• Images

• Text

• Product information

• Brand assets

• Documents

• Other media

may legally be used for the requested project.

The client should also review submitted work and notify Nabhhya of errors or requested changes within a reasonable period.

8. Revisions

The number of revisions included in a project may vary depending on the service and agreed scope.

Reasonable revisions relating to the agreed requirements may be accommodated.

Requests that substantially change the original project scope may be treated as additional work and may require a revised quotation or additional charge.

9. Project Timelines

Project timelines depend on the type, size and complexity of the work and on the client's timely provision of information, materials and feedback.

A project timeline may change where:

• The client delays providing required information

• Feedback is delayed

• The project scope changes

• Additional requirements are introduced

• Third-party services cause delays

• Technical issues occur outside Nabhhya's reasonable control

10. Payments

Work outside the agreed scope may require additional payment.

13. Client-Provided Content

The client is responsible for ensuring that content supplied to Nabhhya does not infringe the rights of another person or organisation.

This includes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity and other applicable rights.

Nabhhya may request replacement of content where there is a reasonable concern about its legality or permitted use.

14. Third-Party Services

Some projects may use third-party services or platforms, including website hosting providers, domain registrars, Google services, WhatsApp, payment services, plugins, software or other external platforms.

The availability, functionality, pricing and terms of those services are controlled by their respective providers.
